The Survey And Research On Implementation Of "CPIK Plan" In South Korea

“CPIK program”，the “Chinese Program In Korea”,is one part of “InternationalChinese Teachers as Chinese Volunteer Program”. The program implemented in2012,it dispatched two hundred of graduate students as volunteers to teach Chinese in SouthKorea at first time. As a member of the group,the writer did the survey and researchon implementation of “CPIK program" by using the method of questionnaire survey,interview and class tracking, finding the problem appearing in the implementation ofprogram, and offered some proposals aiming those problems.The essay contains four parts:The first part is the foreword, it expounds the backgrounds and the meaning ofessay, and combs the literature about Chinese teaching of primary and secondaryschools in Korea.The second part is the survey on implementation of “CPIK program". It explainsthe designs and implementation of this essay, and statistical result of implementation.The third part is the overall evaluation and the problem analysis to theimplementation of “CPIK program”. According to the statistics of implementationresult, the writer appraise the program from two angles, between Korea and thevolunteers; to summarize the problems from this implementation,and to analyses thereasons why do those problems occur.The forth part: Connected suggestions to “CPIK program”. According to theanalysis and summary of the third part, the writer gives some suggestions to Chinaand Korea government, also to volunteer themselves.According to the survey and research on implementation, it comes out somesuggestions about the training before going to Korea and the administration aftercoming to Korea. Those suggestions are useful for the preparing before they come toKorea and the teaching after they arrive Korea, it is useful for the growth of Chineseteaching in Korea, it is also helpful to give some useful information to enrich otherresearches and make the program perfect.
