With the arising of English teaching in kindergartens,English course has become animportant compulsory one in kindergarten teacher training schools.For the children,English cannot be dull and boring grammar or expressions.It should be an exciting tool forcommunicating,which is also very interesting.This attaches specialty to the English teaching inkindergarten teacher training schools.That is, it must be close to daily life and full of interestand can be used in daily communication.As the core of communicative competence,InteractiveApproach is the very key to this problem.This thesis was designed to explore the applying of Interactive Language TeachingApproach in kindergarten teacher training schools, according to the features and present situationin these kinds of schools. To obtain more scientific research result, the author adopted someresearch method, including comparison analysis, questionnaire survey and teaching practice.First of all,the author introduced the present English teaching and learning in kindergartenteacher training schools, explained why we should apply Interactive Approach and put forwardthe research objects.Then in Chapter One and Two,the author respectively introduced somerelevant literatures and theory foundations.On the basis of Communicationism andInteractionism, Interactive Language Teaching Approach has attached more and moreresearchers’ attention and they have done a lot of profound and detailed theoretical and practicalstudy. In Chapter Three, the author stated the designing of the experiment in detail andintroduced the research questions:1. What are the quantity and quality of classroom interaction in EFL classrooms inkindergarten teacher training schools?2. Can the Interactive Approach really help the students develop their basicskills of listening,speaking,reading and writing?3. What factors influence the Interactive Approach in EFL classrooms in kindergartenteacher training schools?4. What measures can we take to promote effective Interactive Approach in EFL classroomsin kindergarten teacher training schools? Meanwhile, the author introduced two teaching cases in the experiment.In Chapter Four, the author explored the applying of Interactive Approach in kindergartenteacher training school, including the interactive relationships in interactive classroom teaching,the forms of Interactive Approach in English teaching and so on. Then according to the teachingcases in Chapter Three, the author discussess some strategies and forms when applyingInteractive Language Teaching Approach. Data collection and analyses were stated in ChapterFive.The author discussed seven influential factors:teachers’talk,error correction and feedback,teachers’questions,teaching material,teacher--student relationship,learner’s attitude andmotivation and learner personality.Finally the author showed the conclusion that InteractiveLanguage Teaching Approach is better than traditional teaching methods and is more beneficialto improve students’ learning motivation, learning interest and confidence in Englishlearning.Some suggestions are also put foward:1. Teachers should pay attention to their questions and master some questioning skills.2. Teachers should realize the importance of error correction and take it as an art.3. It is very crucial to create harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
