The online shop attracted a large number of entrepreneurs who were full of entrepreneurialdreams to join in because of it’s low risk, low threshold, easy drive, convenience and less cost.Online business results by the shop operators their competency influence. Entrepreneurs’ owncompetency played a key role in developing a healthy and sustainable online shop.Research on around four questions:(1) The shop operators entrepreneurial competency part.(2) The entrepreneurial competency about online shop operators was confirmed in the way ofexploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.(3) The difference betweendemographic characteristics and shop operators entrepreneurial competence.(4) The shopoperators key business competency part. Research on the entrepreneurial competency relatedliterature research, according to the Hay competency dictionary and management competencydictionary, worked out the behavioral event interview questionnaire about shop operators.Though analysis the interview questionnaire, get online operator entrepreneurial competencycomposition characteristics. On the basis of the shop operator entrepreneurial competency workout initial questionnaire, using factor analysis, project analysis. Then using confirmatory factoranalysis, and using analysis of variance to shop operator’s demographic characteristics on thedifferences in the levels of competency test. At the end of the study using multiple regressionanalysis extracted key competency and carrying out relevant discussion.This research gets important conclusion mainly include:(1) Online shop operators entrepreneurial competency trait include31items, carding reduceto eight factors, respectively is relationship coordination, market analysis, learning awareness,professional application, strategic planning, honesty and keep faith, perseverance and interestorientation.(2) Research suggests that eight factors can well predict online entrepreneurial competencelevel.(3) Online shop operators entrepreneurial competence scores and gender, marital status these demographic characteristics there is no significant difference. There is significantdifference between the different ages, educational level, scope of business, operation time andshop level.(4) Key entrepreneurial competence of online shop operators includes nine competencytraits: positive communication, crisis consciousness, product knowledge, market sensitivity,timely feedback, weak analysis, interpersonal relationship, patience, scheme design.
