The Study On The All-round Individual Developemnt During The Process Of The New Socialist Countryside Construction In China

China is a large agricultural country with peasants accounting for a largenumber of the total population. To some extent, the country’s prosperity andstability is determined by the rapid development and stability of rural areas. Inorder to make any theory or policy be implemented, the most important thingfor Chinese Communist Party is to get the policy and theory understood andsupported by the public. Building a new socialist countryside is a product oftheory with Chinese practice. It is an important activity proposed by Chinesegovernment under the guidance of the Marxist theory to develop rural economyand improve peasantry life. It is based on people-oriented principle, achievingall-round development of human being. All-round development of human beingis the ultimate goal of communism and the essential requirement of socialistmodernization, as well as the starting point of the fundamental objective andultimate goal of building a new socialist countryside.
