A Study Of Farmers' Quality Issues In The Construction Of A New Socialist Countryside

The problem about peasantry is the main factor in the course of China modernization. In order to enhance the happy life of 80 million peasantry , the Communist Party of China and the government put the problem in high range and brings forward the new socialism rural construction.How to understand the peasantry is the main key in the success of the new social rural construction or not. The new social rural construction should be aimed at the development of rural economy and fostering the new peasantry.In recent thirty years ,we have got many improvements in industrialization and modernization course through reforming and opening, the economy in city and in rural have got great change .The peoples life is becoming better and better .but it is not balance between the city and the rural .In new century ,the Communist Party of China brings forward the new socialism rural construction .Peasantry account for most of Chinese and the qualities of them are on the low side. This is the basic condition in China. So raising peasantry quality will not only affect the course of Chinese modernization directly, but also they will be the guarantee for a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is a theorical and objective problem. This article mainly seeks for the significance of raising peasantry quality, brings forward the approaches and the countermeasures introduce the meaning of peasant quality.Besides the introduction and the conclusion .The article concludes four parts. In the first part, I introduce the new socialism rural construction is a historical task. In the second part, I discourse upon the importance of improving Chinese peasantry in course of the new socialism rural construction. In the third part, firstly, I introduce the meaning of peasantry and peasantry quality and the achievements and works of having raised the peasantry quality since the founding of the Peoples Republic of China, especially since the reform and the opening up. Secondly, Basing on its present conditions I enumerate and analyze their historical and realistic causes. In the fourth part, there are some main measures to do away with superstition and educating peasants about democracy and law, socialism etc. It also needs to develop vocation and adult education in a more cost-effective through optimizing the structure of education of countryside, so it needs to improve the medical and sanitary condition to improve the peasantry physical. It will reach the aim of improving the peasantry quality through the above measures and prepare for rural economy development of our country. We should make use of the external advantages and overcome the disadvantages in order to boost the new socialism rural construction .
