Marxist Hominology Interpretation On Crisis Management

Today, crisis has become a normal environment to human survive and development. Thearrival of economic globalization can make closer interpersonal contact all over the world. Thekinds, frequencies, and destructive power of crisis have also become more than before, the globalcrisis increases the difficulty of Crisis Management. The unreasonable activities of humancaused crisis，so managing the crisis needs human itself to change it’s values and activities，andrealize the harmony among human，nature and society. This article firstly deeply analyzed thehuman nature, human essence and human development, and then obtained the methodologicalprinciples and efficient paths to crisis management, in order to realize the better development ofhuman.This subject is mainly divided into five parts:The first part of this article mainly explained the concept of Crisis and Crisis Management.Firstly, summarized the concept of Crisis from the angle of Marxist Hominology throughunderstanding the character meaning and comprising it’s meaning in management. Thenemphatically summarized it’s main characteristics, including objectivity , humanity,recognizability and valuableness. Secondly, summarized the four characteristics of CrisisManagement according to the development phase of crisis, that is the protracted nature，theconcealment，the emergency and the complexity.The second part mainly analyzed the human nature. Crisis Management should consider thenatural character at first, because human is a natural existence, the natural need especially lifeneed is the first need. But fundamentally, human being is a social existence, the social charactersare finally considered in Crisis Management, for that the crisis destroyed the social relationship,and the Crisis Management needs the help of social characters. In addition, human being hasrational and irrational characters. Spiritual characters have two sides in Crisis Management,sowe must pay attention to the spiritual characters and reasonably lead it.The third part of this article mainly analyzed the relationship between Crisis Management and the Human Development. Firstly, simply discuss the basic theory of the HumanDevelopment, including the connotation and aim of human development. Secondly, analyzehow the Crisis Management can promote the human development, including the development ofthe human labor, the relationship and the individual quality.The fourth part discussed the philosophy methodological principles to strengthen the CrisisManagement, which mainly include the combination of the reality and the future, the whole andthe part, the two aspects and the key aspect.The fifth part promotes the efficient paths to strengthen the Crisis Management. In economyfiled, develop the productivity and chang the economic growth mode. In politic filed, speed upthe system construction of Crisis Management, improve the mechanism construction of CrisisManagement, and enlarge the subject range of Crisis Management. In ideology and culture filed,cultivate crisis consciousness, change the values, and use the scientific and technologicalachievements to improve the efficiency of Crisis Management.
