Analysis And Consideration Of The Social Political Psychology During The Transformation Period

China’s Reform and Opening-up greatly accelerated the step ofsocial transformation. More than thirty’s years dramatic changeleads to the great difference of society. At the same time, citizen’ssocial political psychology presents different features after theupheaval, alteration and remolding. In terms of mainstream, it isimbodied in the enhancement of political identity, the highlypolitical cognition, the strengthening sense of politicalparticipation and the active political attitude. But due to thetransformation of the social structure, transition of mechanism andadjustment of interests, the original social structure and interestpattern are undergoing profound changes, which results in thefrequent occurrence of social problems and highlights of a greatdeal of social political psychology problems which mainly asutilitarian political motivation, the different level political cognitionand the uneven of apathy and enthusiasm of political participation.During the critical period of deepening reform and opening upand building harmonious society, analyzing the causes of currentnegative social political psychology and proposing corresponding measures to resolve is becoming imperative and important. Themainstream of the social political psychology is showing a healthytrend which mainly attributed to the remarkable achievements ofour country’s ruling party and government, the establishment andperfection of the system and policy and also improvement ofcitizen’s political cognition level. The formation of negative socialpolitical psychnology is due to the essence of the market economyof“haggle over every ounce”, refraction of the multiculture andinterference of negative social phenomena.In response to the existence of the negative social politicalpsychology, this paper proposes the modernization of the socialpolitical psychology to optimize and aims to provide the fairnessand justice, pure and integrity objective social environment throughinnovating balanced system of interests and perfecting theoperating mechanism of political power, to build subjectivehumanistic environment forming citizen’s modern politicalpsychology by cultivating citizen’s scientific literacy and learningthe collectivism in the tranditional culture, and finally formingadvancing with times, positive and orderly, rational and harmoniousmodern social political psychology.
