The Analysis On Impetus And Resistance Of Chinese Local Government Management Innovation

Recently, reform of the political system of each country is around by the local government to promote the innovative rotation, and the innovative characteristics of the local government are shown by the vitality and the culture of the country’s political development. In the year of2001, China is allowed to access to the WTO, which lead to no matter our local governments or businesses are being pushed into the more intense competitive environment. From the current status quo of China, people governing of local government is very serious, officials specific management practices and administrative, including the government’s decision-making behavior, still with the color of the planned economy. Therefore, local governments need to accelerate the pace of reform and innovation. Theoretically speaking, to explore new ways and modes of government action in order to adapt to environmental changes and the real challenge is the local government management innovation. Analyzing of the status of the local government management innovation, there are still many factors restricting the local government innovation driven by innovation and motivation and resistance both force. This article analyzes of the driving force of innovation by the Government and inhibition and some of the problems of our country in government management innovation motivation triggered at this stage combined with the reality. Discussion on the motivation and resistance of the local government innovation, the main analysis is in their process of innovation as the innovation and the main local government’s responsibility and power, and resistance mechanisms. The local government innovation become a reality group because of the driving factors in promoting, However, the local government no matter the development or the status quo are both different, so its role in promoting innovation factors vary and will inevitably lead to differences in the content, form, and the sustainability of the local government innovation. In the second part, I analyze the current state of our management and point out the advantages and disadvantages of government innovation in order to analyze the background of local government management innovation’s motive force and resistance of. In the third and fourth parts, I analyze the motives and resistance of the local government management innovation. The third and fourth parts are both the most important parts of this article. In the fifth part, I made some suggestions to Increase motivation and overcome resistance, which could improve the quality of local government innovation.
