In order to meet the production requirements of a large factory in GanZhou, solve the problems of heavy structure, maintenance difficulty by large-scale development of crusher structure, the jaw crusher with new structure is designed.(1) The whole scheme of the jaw crusher is designed, the basic parameters in design are obtained.(2) By using Solidworks software,3D models and key structures design of the jaw crusher are made, then ensure the accuracy of model by interference checking. Make use of engineering drawing module, engineering drawing of each element and assembly is accomplished, process design of the jaw crusher frame has also been done.(3) Based on Matlab software, kinematics and dynamics of four-bar mechanism of the jaw crusher are analysed. By analysis of kinematics, motion stroke, characteristic value and displacement, velocity, acceleration of moving jaw are obtained, movement locus is reasonable; Through analysis of dynamics, dynamic and mathematical model of the jaw crusher are established, reaction for each kinematic pair of four-bar linkage is determinated, mainly reaction of frame, namely vibrational force of frame.(4) Virtual model of the jaw crusher is established by using ADAMS software, kinematics and dynamics of the jaw crusher are simulated, simulation results are analysed. By simulation of kinematics, characteristic value of1.46and1.77are acquired, it has a good movement characteristic, velocity and acceleration of moving jaw are also obtained, they are mainly the same compared with theoretical arithmetic value; Through simulation of dynamics, simulated result is basically accord with theoretical research.(5) Optimal balance method of vibrational force is adopted to analyse vibrational force of frame, and vibrational force of frame is balanced by employing optimal function in Matlab software. By optimal balance, the maximum value of vibrational force of frame is only8029N, and the minimum value of vibrational force of frame is877N. Amplitude of vibrational force of frame descends over90%compared with result before optimization. Variable quantity of vibrational force is only8%of the balance for before. Thus the purpose of canceling anchor bolt of crusher is achieved. The relevant parameters of back balance are also obtained:back balance weight GD=336.65N, back balance direction angle γ1=3.1951rad=183.08°(6) Through the design and research, final model of the jaw crusher is obtained.This topic research can provide some reference for3D design, kinematics and dynamics simulation and analysis of the jaw crusher with new structure. At present, parts of the jaw crusher are being processed and manufactured.
