Cone inertial crusher is an advanced crushing equipment,which can achieve selective crushing and “more crushing less grinding” energy-saving process.With the continuous expansion of the scale of mining and beneficiation,the cost of grinding is in the sharp rise,so how to improve the efficiency of crushing and reduce the unit energy consumption has become a focus in the field of grinding.And the study on the parameters of force is the premise to improve the performance of grinding equipment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the force and energy parameter of cone inertial crusher in order to give full play to its energy saving advantages and further improve the efficiency of grinding.Firstly,in order to accurately analyze the crushing rules of the material in the crushing chamber of cone inertial crusher,the conditions and advantages of the “laminating crushing” and “selective crushing” of the cone inertial crusher are analyzed,based on the study of the mechanism of the crushing mechanism of the cone inertial crusher and the traditional crushing equipment.According to the crushing process of the material in the crushing chamber,the change rule of the deformation and the force of the material between the material layer and the inner layer in the crushing chamber is analyzed.Then,the mathematical expression of the specific material crushing rules is obtained by using the laminating crushing experiment,which lays the foundation for the improvement of the crushing force model.In order to determine the motion rules of the main moving parts of the cone inertial crusher.the motion characteristics of cone inertial crusher are analyzed when the cone inertial crusher works in an ideal stable state.The dynamic models of the dynamic cone and the exciter are built up,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the crushing force model.Based on the research of the existing model of cone inertial crusher,the existing model is improved on the basis of the theoretical analysis,the actual working state and the material laminating crushing test.Then the models of the concentrated crushing force and the longitudinal distributed crushing force in the crushing chamber are built up.Finally,based on the crushing force model,the dynamic parameters of the crushing force are analyzed on the influence of crushing force from the crushing force structure and working parameters.The results have an important guiding significance for the practical application of the cone inertial crusher.
