Bilateral shear is an auxiliary equipment in shear line of rolling finishing,which is used to cut the two longitudinal edges of steels. At present, althoughour country has the ability to manufacture the bilateral shear independently,butequipments which is used to cut some high-end products such as car plate,silicon steel plate, stainless steel plate etc. mainly rely on imports. The mainreason is foreign manufacturers blockade the equipment core technology,especially for the rolling-cut bilateral shear which is developed in recent years,so that domestic rolling-cut bilateral shear has some defects, such as, themanufacturing and adjustment accuracy is poor, low degree of automation,the cutting quality is hard to meet the high precision requirements. The defectsseverely constrain the research on rolling-cut bilateral shear, therefore thein-depth study of rolling-cut bilateral shear is very necessary.Rolling-cut bilateral shear cutting edge on both sides of the shearsynchronization accuracy is the main technical parameters, the synchronizationperformance has a direct impact on the quality of steel cutting. In this paper,the hydraulic rolling-cut bilateral shear which we research on,its synchronizedaction achieved by the electro-hydraulic position servo system, the dynamicand stability characteristics of the entire system dominated the performance ofthe device.In this paper, it has researched the mechanism of the rolling-cut bilateralshear,found that the synchronization accuracy level depends largely on themerits of its control strategy. According to the hydraulic rolling-cut bilateralshear actual conditions, I’ve proposed an improved control method-adaptiveFuzzy-PID control which based on the traditional PID control, and inaccordance with the corresponding control strategy designed adaptiveFuzzy-PIDcontroller. I used the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation simulate theentire experiment, the simulation result shows this control strategy is muchbetter than traditional ways, and on the practical production of somesignificance.
