At present, intelligent power grid has become the common trend developing trend of the power grid. According to the senior measurement system’s technical requirements to the smart meters in intelligent power grid, the three-phase multi-user full electronic centralized smart is designed in the paper.On the base of the intelligent electric meter’s performance index and technique characteristics, the smart meter’s overall design scheme is put forward and the corresponding system’s hardware and software design. The STC10F08XE microcontroller as the core, the ATT7028A special electric power measured chip realized power data collection, with the show circuit, remote communication circuit, data storage circuit and clocking circuit expanded, the single-phase thirty-six and three-phase twelve families households or the power, power, voltage, current and other parameters are measured, displayed, stored and the timing measurement, prepaid,electric power measurement, instant communication and remote control are realized. The data encryption storage improves the reliability of data, the automatic reset method assures the clock’s high precision operation, the DLT-645"multi-function watt-hour meter communication protocols " realizes the communication compatibility, the communication baud rate automatic identification technology improves the flexibility of the data communication.Through a phase C user performance of practical measurement, the correctness of the smart meter design is verified and has great practical value.
