Modern mechatronics product is the output of technology, microelectronics, information technology, is the inevitable trend of development of mechanical and electronic industries. The increasing complexity of product requires simulation technology develops quickly, single field simulation can’t meet the design requirements of the product or system. Along with the virtual prototype technology, engineers can use mechanical and physical simulation software and interface technology for the co-simulation of the mechanical and electrical product, to achieve the whole product or complex subsystem and behavior analyze and solve the design problems and defects in the process of product or system. Therefore, the paper will have an important and applied meaning for the research of the co-simulation.Now precision planetary servo-reducers plays an increasingly important role in the machinery manufacturing industry,engineering and manufacturing industries in various fields of national economy and national defense construction,it has advantages of compact,light weight,small size,high transmission efficiency and large range of transmission,broad applicability,and its performance determines the efficiency of the equipment package.At present,its performance testing is relatively small,so the design and development of a test system for precision planetary servo gear is very necessary and meaning. For the static test of precision planetary servo gear system has been successfully developed and patented,now based on its dynamic performance parameters,we will design and construct the dynamic test platform to test parameters. Co-simulation analysis using co-simulation of the dynamic test platform,verify that the design is reasonable.Finally,by comparing the experimental data and simulation data analysis,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of co-simulation.The major research and contributions as follows:(1)The study analysis the process and the status of the co-simulation technology development at home and abroad, the use of planetary servo gear and its performance test of the status;to determine the test principles and methods of analysis planetary servo reducers dynamic performance parameters;take a simple introduction to the tool used in the subject.(2)The test scheme that measures the dynamic performances of precision planetary servo reducer is proposed, according to the characteristics of the measured object, test bed hardware instruments, data acquisition system and electrical control design part are recognized, this paper achieves the function of transmission efficiency and vibration performance of multi-series models tested.(3)Based on the prototype model of servo reducer, builds the mechanical system model(ADAMS) and controlling system model(Matlab/Simulink), defines the input and output parameters of state variables, completes the data exchange between the model of subsystem through the interface of simulation software, then realizes co-simulation.(4)Complete the dynamic test system and then test the platform, verifying the accuracy and stability of the test platform by building the bench several times for different types of reducer repeatability.Getting the corresponding conclusions through the contrast of the test results and the co-simulation results.
