Based On The Social And Economic Data Of Space Information Grid Flood Losses Evaluation Research

The frequent occurrence of floods in China, has become an important constraint forour social and economic sustainable development. The effective evaluation of the losses caused by floods is extremely important and positive for the guidance of flood fighting and flood relief,flood control facilities,flood plain management and postdisaster compensation.In this thesis,in accordance with the problems,such as the scope of the affected regions and socio-economic statistics and the assessment accuracy is low and the assessment model is singular and not practical,at the flood disaster loss assessment,bring forward a mathod for the flood disaster losses assessment based on the spatial information grid to solve them.First this paper introduces the related theory of the assessment of flood damage loss and the theory method of the spatial information grid and the determining principle of grid,and introduced the application of Earth Science,statistical method in the research.Secondly this paper analyzed the relationship between the socio-economic data and geographical factors,such as land use types,by using statistic analysis methods and geological spatial analysis methods;construct the grid distribution model for the socio-economic statistic data;did the spatial information grid distribution experiment for GDP data;analysed the error of the experimental result and verified the precision.Thirdly,this paper classified the flood by analysing the flood cha-racteristics,constructed the grid of flood characteristics by using the technology of the spatial information;constructed the flood loss rate models by analysing the diffrence of the flood loss of different disaster bearing body in different flood conditions;constructed the flood loss assessment model based the flood loss rate.Finally,this paper implement a program on the ArcEngine+C#development platform for integrating the spatial information grid flood loss assessment method;assessed the flood loss of Duchang Country by using the spatial information grid flood loss assessment method.The evaluation results showed that,the flood loss assessment method based on spatial information grid could calculate the flood loss rapidly and accurately.This method shows good feasibility and high application value.
