| Intravenous infusion is one of the main treatment in hospitals. While its traditional way costs a lot of manpower and energy to take care of infusion patients, which brings great pressure and burden to health care providers. This paper is to propose a design of intelligent infusion monitoring system, based on the MCU and CAN bus communication technology, to achieve in precise infusion speed control in no accompanying circumstances, real-time alarm in unusual infusion and infusion end, and real-time detection on patients’ body temperature, pulse signs and other symptoms with data dynamical display through the LCD screen.The system adopts MCU AT89S53as the core of the next-bit machine (base station) to communicate with host computer (main station) through the CAN bus; its process is to transmit the infusion information and symptoms information from next-bit machine to host computer, to which the health care providers can apply the transfusion management software to make management and monitoring on the infusion process. This paper mainly elaborated the hardware design and program compilation of each module and communication module of the system’s next-bit machine (base station), as well as the infusion management software development of host computer (main station).Comprehensive testing of the system software and hardware in the system assembled. Found during the test software and hardware aspects of some problems after in-depth analysis, the circuit of the system hardware, software written procedures and algorithms to further optimize. Improved system not only in intelligence, stability, accuracy, practicality, portability has been further improved, but also improves the efficiency of the system, reduce system power consumption, saving the cost of the cost.Finally, the work of the design of this system are summarized, the successor of the project prospected for the project to further improve the direction of the efforts. |
