Small And Medium-sized Urban Overall Planning Implementation Evaluation Research

Urban planning as an effective means of urban space control and a public policy of coordinating the interests of the urban social classes. It’s effect and significance has been already more and more acknowledged.The function of the urban planning embodied in the implementation management of the plan. Only the implementing the plan, the intention of the planning will realize roundly and pefectly. And it also will achieve that the urban planning working on the construction and development of city.For the moment, little domestic attention has been aid to researches on the implementation evaluation of urban master plans. In view of China’s urban actual construction and planning the deflection, planning failure phenomenon, must carry out the city planning implementation evaluation research. This paper XinFeng country of urban planning implementation for research object, to the city planning implementation evaluation theory, the evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation model is analyzed. This paper evaluates the effects of urban master plan implementation from four points of view, i.e.the implementation of the planning objectives space arrangements, other planning on for planning and satisfaction of the public. Based on which, it then constructs the index system of urban master plan implementation and building the comprehensive evaluation model. These research provide us with benefits that it could be more scientifically and objective for the practicers to assess plan implementation. And it also can guide about the revision of a new round of urban master plan and urban construction of Xinfeng Country.
