Power supply plays a very important role in the civil economics. With the more and more thorough reform of power system, the marketing steps of power supply companies become faster and faster. Besides the power producing, power companies should treat as a significant question improving the quality of service, and take as the target of company development providing good service of power supply for customers. To provide high quality, quick, safe and efficient service for customers, power supply marketing needs urgently an efficient and advanced business handling software for coorperation. The traditional manage system which has many defects such as low-reuse, single access mode, single information description, could not meet the needs of high speed development of power supply industry. It urgently needs a new power marketing management system to adapt to the modern marketing concept.For the above contradictions in the Power Marketing System development, this thesis designed and developed a power marketing system based on SOA and data mining techniques. The system built on the SOA and BIP platform, and realized the integration of power marketing business modules. The system included business expansion management subsystem, power measurement subsystem, electrical energy and cost management subsystem and assistant decision-making subsystem. By using data mining techniques, we designed and realized two core algorithms, power consumption forecasting algorithm based on linear regression in assistant decision-making subsystem and customer power-stealing distinguish algorithm based on decision tree. Users can take advantage of this system to realize daily power marketing activities and marketing decision-making department can made electricity demand forecasting and pirates of the electrical behavior detection through the system. Benefiting from the cross-platform and opening of SOA, this designed system has a good expansibility and flexibility.Now the system has been mostly finished and put into test running. The running results show that the structure of the system is reasonable. Effective using of the system has enhanced the efficiency of power marketing and effectively improved the quality of service. The system also provided an effective support to power marketing decision making.
