The Design And Implementation Of Automatic Monitoring System

In China, the internet is growing so fast and it has large excess bandwidth and high penetration to the home. People are studying the application of the web continuously. From the distance education to remote meeting, from the EC to EG, the web has changed our life everywhere. With the development of domestic Automation, the Automated Control Technology is becoming more and more mature. At the same time, not only do we require safe and steady of the systems, but also take humanity into consideration. Generally, the person who wants to operate and manage the facility in an Automation System should be on the field. With the continuous development of the Web Technology and the application of Web on the Automation, making use of the Web Technology has become a new way to design the Automation system, which makes a large sense on the Automation study.Based on the combination of Web and Automated Control, this paper combines Web Technology and the PC Control Theory to analyze the Automated Control System of navigation lock, and succeed in designing navigation lock with the combination and apply it in the system. This paper analyses lock technological process and automation demand of the lock and describes the hardware requirement and configuration amply and introduces the configuration and the program design of the Advantech WebAccess as well as the program design of PLC. Meanwhile, some new designing ideas are used in the Process Control Systems:in order to improve the controlling accuracy and the stability of gates and valves’ on-off,we control the distance of push rod by controlling oil volume in the oil pipeline;we manipulated the data of water level through the normal distribution algorithm of pattern recognition systems, so as to make the data dependable;using the third software, we make report features more flexible and more practical,so that we could improve the Information Management System. The purpose of the paper is to make the reader obtain the cognition of Web technology and Systems Engineering through the specific way to program and the analysis on the software thinking,and make the Web Remote Control concrete and feasible. And this system has been used in the Third ShiQiao Lock,which runs well until now.
