Radiometer Solar Constant Temperature In The System Design

A system of constant temperature in radiometer, which powered by solar energy, are designed in this paper, and analyzed the principle of solar energy collection and storage, and researched the battery charging and discharging mode, and circuit design. The paper focuses on how to improve the efficiency of solar energy collection, adopts MPPT technology and sun-tracking technology to improve the efficiency of solar energy collection, ensured the system works in steady state. Solar collection module and constant temperature module are designed with STM32and NEC MCU as development platform, the system design principle is reduced power, ensured radiometer stability in constant temperature.First of all, the principle of solar energy collection and storage is analyzed in detail, and proposed collection scheme, and researched the battery charging and discharging mode in solar collection system, used the relay as switching regulator, with the logic control of system, ensured the system working in continuous mode.Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms for MPPT technology focused in the paper, selected intermittent scan method to improve the efficiency of solar energy collection, simulated and designed buck chopper circuit, then designed the hardware circuit based on simulation.Thirdly, the principle and scheme of constant temperature module is researched in detail, and used semiconductor cooling piece for heating and cooling, then used H-bridge circuit and sensor circuit, which could adjust temperature to make system work at a constant temperature state, ensured radiometer work well in harsh environments.Finally, programmed functions and algorithms of each module, which with STM32and NEC MCU as hardware development platform, and jointed commissioning of two modules and improved until worked stability, and collected data for system, then generating curves by matlab.
