Different Acupuncture Point Group For The Thyroid Function Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Rats Induced By Adenine

Purpose：To investigate the separate application and united application of the threeacupoints, including ‘ShenShu, GuanYuan and QiHai’, and the effect of adjusting theindex of T3, T4andTSHof rats’ insufficiency of the kidney-Yang.Material and method：To copy the model of Spleen-qi deficiency rats by adenineinducing them. Then Spleen-qi deficiency rats were randomly divided into the modelgroup and five experimental groups and nothing as compared with age-matched10rats.After15days’ treatment of filiform needle, colorimetric analysis and RIA is adopted totest and measure the exponential change of T3、T4andTSH.Results:1. Blank group compared with modules, a statistically significant(P<0.05), and provethe success.2. After acupuncture treatment, compared with the model group, five treatment rats’T3, T4andTSHwere all increased significantly, as well as a statisticalsignificance(P<0.01). Compared with the single acupuncture, the acupuncture groupof the acupoints ‘GuanYuan and QiHai’ is better(P<0.05). Compared with the singleacupuncture, the acupuncture group of the acupoints ‘ShenShu,GuanYuan andQiHai’ is better(P<0.05). There is no statistical significance between the acupointgroup‘ShenShu,GuanYuan and QiHai’and the acupoint group ‘GuanYuan andQiHai’(P>0.05).3. After treatment, the index of rats’ weight changed evidently. Compared to the rats,the weight of the rats in the model group is becoming lighter. Compared to themodel group rats, after the acupuncture treatment of the acupoints including‘ShenShu, GuanYuan and QiHai’, the rats’ weight changed obviously. The weightof the rats in the acupoint group is better than that of the model group. The twoacupoint groups are both better than the model group with a statisticalsignificance(P<0.05). Conclusion：1. The index of T3、T4andTSH of rats are increased by the treatment of filiform needleat the two different acupoint groups. The insufficiency of the kidney-Yang isimproved greatly.2. The united application of the acupoints ‘ShenShu, GuanYuan and QiHai’ is muchbetter than the separate application of those.3. The united application of the acupoints ‘GuanYuan and QiHai’ is much better thanthe separate application of the acupoints ‘GuanYuan and QiHai’...
