Blood Resurrected Piece Of Joint Rhg Csf - To Treat Cerical Cancer Rehabilitation After Bone Marrow Inhibition Of Clinical Observation

Purpose： To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefusheng tablet associatedwith rhG-CSF in treating bone marrow suppression of cervical cancer afterradiotherapy and chemotherapy.Material and method：This article colleted33patients with cervical cancer from gynecology ward ofTumor hospital of Liaoning Province from February to December2011,who wereanalysed retrospectively.18patients took Xuefusheng tablet3times a day orally when myelosuppressionof Ⅰ degree occurred,they were injected rhG-CSF150micrograms subcutaneouslywhen myelosuppression of Ⅱ degree occurred.The other15were injected rhG-CSF150micrograms subcutaneously when myelosuppression of Ⅱ degree occured.Bloodwas viewed after24hours,when the number of WBC increased to10*10~9/L above,administration was stopped and blood was reviewed every other day.Results：1.18group compared with the15group,WBC decreased in smaller extent,more slowlyand recovered quickly.2. The decline of HGB and platelet did not have obvious difference between twogroups..Conclusion：Xuefusheng tablet associated with rhG-CSF in treating bone marrow suppressionof cervical cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy is effective.
