The figures absorbed in <Tangshu> and <Songshi> distributedregionally.The natural and social environment of a region have a significantimpact on the formation of this group, therefore,from the distribution of thetalents, we can recognize the economic and cultural conditions of a region. Forthis reason, this article decided to congcentrate on the Shandong Biographyfigures in Tang and Song Dynasties to analyze the characteristics of the eraand to analyze personnel distribution of economic, cultural and educationalrelations to reveal the regularity of the distribution of regional talent.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter discusses the figures absorbed in history books ,andthen to examine the distribution of geographical and temporal characteristicsof regional talent of the Tang and Song dynasties.The second chapter discusses the changes of the the beizhou(贝州)andbozhou(博州)in the Tang and Song dynasties. During the Sui and Tangdynasties, beizhou and bozhou had many talented people absorbed in historybooks ; in the Northern Song Dynasty , this region had only a few talents,there are seval reasons for this.The third chapter is about the rise of the Mizhou(密州). Mizhou,whichnow is called zhucheng(诸城)had a rapid increase in personnel status in theSong Dynasties. In the Tang Dynasty ,there are no talented figures, but inNorthern Song Dynasty ,there are 12 figures who were absorbed in historybooksThe fourth chapter is about the overview of the talent distribution of otherregions of the Shandong region. The center of Lu and the Southwest regionboth have strong economy and good cultural and educational traditions ; Incontrast,the eastern Shandong Peninsula and the Lunan region had lesstalents due to poor natural conditions and inconvenient transportation.The fifth chapter is about the changes of the status of shandong talentsbetween Tang dynasty and Song dynasty. In the Tang Dynasty, Shandongfigures accounted for 9% of the total number of characters in the later of Tangdynasty, this proportion dropped to 6%; in the early part of Song Dynasty,Shandong figures accounted for 15% of the total talents.This situation isclosely related with the political structure and policy of domination of the earlySong Dynasty; in the late Northern Song Dynasty, Shandong figures onlyaccouted 4% , the status of shandong figures declined sharply .
