Last century psychologists have done a lot of research on the non-cognitive factors whichhelp people to become happy and success They studied a lot on emotional intelligence andsubjective well-being.. Research objects of this research are vocational school students. Tosuppose that emotional intelligence, sense of humor and subjective well-being correlation exists.I carried out questionnaire survey into three vocational schools in a city, random drawingstudents of classes to do group test. This study mainly discuses the relationship betweenemotional intelligence、multidimensional sense of humor and subjective well-being of vocationalschool students.The main conclusion follows:⑴Emotional intelligence of vocational school students develops in the middle level, withgrade becoming high the emotional intelligence level improved is a trend. The emotionalintelligence level of girls is higher than boys. Gender differences of the cognitive of emotionaldimensions achieves notable differences.The grade difference of emotional intelligence in total,and the mood of expression and the mood for the understanding of the dimensions achievesignificant.⑵In the statistics, vocational school students,gender differences of sense of humor is notsignificant. But sense of humor in total, boys is higher than girls. The grade difference of thehandling humor dimension achieves significant.⑶Subjective well-being level of vocational school students is overall. The two dimensionsof family satisfaction and feeling the positive experience, gender differences come to asignificant level. The grade makes main effects in family life satisfaction, school satisfactionstudy satisfaction and negative emotions experience dimensions.⑷Emotional intelligence, multidimensional sense of humor and subjective well-being ofvocational school students correlation exists widely. But the correlation between attitude to thesense of humor, a sense of humor perceived、emotional intelligence and subjective well-beingdon’t exist.⑸Emotional intelligence affects subjective well-being, partly a direct impact, and partly bya sense of humor.
