Since ancient times, the rulers of dynasties injected the concepts that women are inferior tomen and that a woman should be chasted into the fortify patriarchal social system. Then theyestablished a set of orthodox norms of etiquette and women to teach thinking. According togeneral laws of historical development, educational theory and practice of conduct in thedevelopment process tends to synchronize, but actually, there are also exceptions.Take Tang Dynasty in example, female education theory binding on the actual behavior ofwomen showed differently at different times. Firstly, the paper examined the ancient femaleeducation in the overview of this period of development by Tang Dynasty female educationobjectives, content, form, and teaching materials. Through the study, we saw that, althougheconomic prosperity, culture and education prosperity, World Wind is open, confucianism isweak, the essence of the theory of orthodox female education has never deviated from the trackof the the Confucian Tsunatsune Confucianism,"three from the four virtues" Code of conducthas always been constrained women’s lives. Secondly, investigated different chastity concept ofpolicies from the early Tang Dynasty to late Tang Dynasty in the state of chastity, chastityattitude, public opinion, as well as women’s chastity practice. To illustrate the trend of concept inchastity from weak to strong in the Tang Dynasty. Finally, combined female education andchastity concept. Take early Tang Dynasty and late Tang Dynasty as a clue, analyzed theirinterrelationship from a variety of angles. We see that female education theory and chastitypractice is conflicting in the early Tang Dynasty, and they are increasing simultaneousdevelopment in the late Tang Dynasty. This is primarily because culture has its ownindependence. Moral values, whether to implement fully the practical level, a wave of generalpractice in the society, in the back of a mix of political, economic, institutional and other factorstogether. This is also the sublimation in this paper.Study the relationship between female education and chastity concept of the Tang Dynasty,and then, study them in an active role in the cohesion in the family, a stable society. it is benefitfor us to build a harmonious family and social.
