In the course of teaching Chinese as a second language, Integrating culture teachinginto the language teaching can make students accurate use of language forcommunication. Culture teaching is an integral part of language teaching. Only thestudents in-depth understanding of Chinese cultural meaning, it can truly understandChinese, In the process of intercultural communication use of the smooth language forcommunication. This article mainly from the close relationship between language andculture, culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a second language to describe thesignificance of cultural teaching,Put forward six principles of culture teaching: Tofollow the moderate principle of teaching、The principle of gradual and orderly progress,the traditional culture and contemporary culture combines the principles of universalfeature, culture and regional culture, Universal features of culture and the regionalculture principle of combining、Keep the classroom teaching with the social practice ofthe principle of combining、Mainstream culture teaching principles.On the teachingstrategy the main view should be adopted:Grading teaching method、Method ofcomparative analysis、The student-centered teaching method、Seminars and specialresearch method、Use of modern means of teaching culture teaching method to theteaching of culture。At the same time in culture the process of teaching according tostudents level of Chinese culture teaching is divided into language teaching courses incultural and special culture teaching.
