With the continuous development of social economy, as the advertising industry core resources,the advertising creative talents turnovers have become increasingly serious. However, a high level of advertising creative talents is the key factor to promote the development of advertising industry in China.How to effectively ease the creative brain drain become the problem that advertising industry needs to solve urgently. Under this background, the study of advertising creative talent leaving reason has very important practical significance and theoretical value.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis methods, this paper discuss the relationship between the creative talented person’s perception organizational support and their turnover intention, combining with the characteristics of advertising art creative talents. From the material support, this paper also tries to put forward the control strategies of advertising art creative talents. |
