Try to interpret and research thephenomenon of local consciousness and nostalgia of Hong Kong film ofrecent years. Try my best to induction and analysis the policy of themainland and Hong Kong and economic orientation of Hong Kong filmmarket. In order to know the development trends of Hong Kong filmindustry of the next few years.The innovation of this paper is: first of all, my paper is not onlytraditional research model of Industry, policy or audience，but alsomultivariate analysis of cultural conflicts and merge，the change ofsocial ideology，country consciousness and cultural identity of HongKong people, economic intervention of cultural industries, the choice ofthe theme of the film.
