With the development of the computer and network technology, the human became into network times. The network age, make a kind of new culture——cyber culture are created and access to development. In recent years, with the development of socialist market economy and the people’s living standards, the network has played a more and more important role in every one’s life of china, at the same time cyber culture has achieved greatly development in China, and becomes an important part of Chinese culture.The Chinese cyber culture has a positive effect on the social economic, political, culture, the needs of spiritual and cultural of the people of China; at the same time Chinese cyber culture also has some problem which can not be ignore.
