The network culture industry is a new type of industry spawned with the development of information technology,which takes the Internet as the technological basis and communication medium,which is mainly manifested in the new cultural presentation form of the combination of traditional culture and the Internet.The network culture industry caters to the general trend of the development of information technology.Because of its rich content and the rapid development of the industry,the network culture industry is gradually becoming the main way for the country to spread foreign culture and a new economic growth point.On the basis of combing the research results at home and abroad,this paper first defines the concept and content of the network culture industry,summarizes its characteristics,and then makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the development of China’s network culture industry by industry.the conclusion of the analysis shows that the market volume of China’s network culture industry is huge,its development is rapid,its content is constantly enriched,and a hundred flowers blossom with the development of information technology.And consumers are rapidly accepting and adapting to the new multicultural forms of the combination of traditional culture and the Internet.By calculating the three main trade competitiveness indexes of China,the United States,Japan and South Korea,this paper compares and analyzes the international competitiveness level of network culture of the four countries.the results show that China’s network culture industry has achieved a competitive advantage in new media,but the development level of audio-visual media still needs to be improved.Then this paper takes the diamond model as the starting point,first makes a theoretical analysis of the major elements of the model theory,and compares and analyzes the factors that affect the international competitiveness of China’s network culture industry under the major elements of the diamond model.After the theoretical analysis,this paper uses the principal component analysis to select several factors that affect the development of China’s network culture industry,and matches as well as groups the element modules of the diamond model.Calculate the index weight of each variable in the different elements of the diamond model,and finally put forward the corresponding policy recommendations by combining the above analysis results and the previous analysis of the current situation and trade competitiveness index.The research results of this paper show that the international competitiveness of China’s network culture industry is strong,especially in the new media industry.The international competitiveness is mainly affected by the number of units of related enterprises,new fixed assets,national GDP,per capita cultural consumption level of residents and R & D expenditure.Finally,according to the above conclusions,the paper puts forward policy recommendations mainly from the following aspects: increasing support and investment for enterprises in the network culture industry,paying attention to personnel training,making good use of front-end information technology,expanding domestic demand and stimulating user consumption.
