Pursue "effective" is education teaching everlasting theme. However, in music the promotion ofnew curriculum concept, the new curriculum implementation method is a very big change, from thepoint of view of the music class education workers more started to pay attention to the development ofstudents. But many teachers to the understanding of the new curriculum concept still stays in the quiteshallow level, of the implementation of the teaching method of choice is more on the spirit is willing,but the flesh is weak. How to really do music education will be from the elite to mass, from theexamination education to quality education, sex education from the end to the sustainabledevelopment of education, the transformation of the establishment of the new music quality educationrequirements based education course system, we must look to lock in music teaching"effectiveteaching methods". This paper based on effectiveness of teaching theory summarized, analyzed, thenmusic teaching basis, based on the status of the pedagogy, psychology, and music education, from thetheoretical level collects and analyzes the effectiveness of music education teaching methods of theinfluence and function. The idea is divided into three parts. The first chapter, expounds the theoreticalbasis of teaching effectiveness. The second chapter, nanjing normal university as an example, thispaper analyzes the affiliated high school of music course characteristic and status of the teaching ofeffectiveness. Chapter3, according to current music teaching and explore the lack of insufficienteffective teaching methods to music education of the influence and function.
