Recent Geopolitical Influence Research

This thesis studies the Xi’an Incident from the geopolitical forces in a rational or neutral platform, at same time combines with the parties to the pursuit of geopolitical interests in common. It tries to study some of the attributes of the modern geopolitical forces through a typical major event of the Xi’an Incident. This article attempts to solve the two problems:First, the participants of the Northeast Army, Northwest Army, Nanjing Central Army, the northern Shaanxi military and other geopolitical forces had operated the process of Incident; Second, what are the attributes and law which the typical representative of modern geopolitical forces in Xi’an Incident.The first chapter introduces the pattern of forces before the Xi’an Incident, the relationship among the geopolitical forces, the forces involved in the Incident, as well as the situation of the geopolitical forces.The second chapter analysis the games among the geopolitical forces in the Xi’an Incident. Incident launched time and the northern Shaanxi military decision-making related research. The file is firsthand information, analysis the Incident by the telegraph. How to resolve the Incident, there had been a game among the Northwest Army, the Northeast Army and Central Army, other geopolitical forces also had engaged in the game.The third chapter focuses on the overall review of the Xi’an Incident. After Incident, Northwestern Army and the Northeast Army eventually had selected Option B, the KMT-CPC to continue negotiations. Overall, the Northwest Army and the Northeast Army losses greater than the benefit, especially the Northeast Army; pattern of geopolitical forces from the northwest of the Trinity, Nanjing Central Army and the Japanese forces in China triangle contradiction had evolved into struggle between anti-Japanese national united and the Japanese forces in China.The fourth chapter outlines the attributes of the modern geopolitical forces. Analysis the penetration of international power, national lack of orthodoxy, the orientation of the geopolitical interests and the unified trend of the four characteristics of the modern geopolitical forces; parabolic, saddle and ladder-type three modes; introverted type, free type and dilated three types, the conversion of three.Conclusions:Northwest "trinity" of anti-Japanese situation by the Nanjing Central Military coercion undermined, Northwest and Northeast Army military had failed to solve the contradiction by incident, turned to for peace talks, and ultimately the anti-Japanese national united had fought with the Japanese in china forces. Northeast Army, Northwest Army, Central Army had its own characteristics, type and mode, the CPC Central Committee in northern Shaanxi military only had been able to truly realize the unity and stability of China’s modern society.
