Idioms and proverbs have their own characteristics both in structure and semantic. The idioms can be divided into the structure of joint, guo, grammatical verb-object, dynamic fill. Proverbs can be divided to two patterns, one is sentence and the other is complex sentence patterns. Idioms and proverbs can be analysised by the cognitive metaphor, because of including meaning of parable. The semantic category saying can be divided into character accomplishment, communication, emotion and family. The phrases in "speech" words group own rich cultural connotation, which can be divided into speech and actions, speech and expression effect, speech and function. At last, in order to have a better understanding of speech words group, I’ll make a contrast of mouth words group and language words group, which are have similar semantic features and word-building function. Among the word meaning items of speech, tongue, language, there are both have something in common and differences. These three words groups have universal places in the semantic category, all of which can be expressed as "the words what we said". Otherwise, speech words group also has some words constructed synonymy or antonym with the words in language word group.
