This article first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the Jinnan culture of local curriculum development, to recognize the cultural characteristics of southern Shanxi, the Jinnan culture an important position in traditional Chinese culture and the the Jinnan culture of the local curriculum with the educational value and cultural value. Then describe the basic idea of the local courses of southern Shanxi culture, the goal and the content and textbook preparation ideas, emphasizing the local curriculum should be based on humanity, knowledge, and openness as the basic concept; to enable students to understand the Jinnan cultural, to develop the students’ language proficiency,to make students love their hometown objectives; the choice of curriculum content should fully reflect the regional characteristics, close contact with the students’ actual; material development should adhere to the regional, subjectivity, openness, training in the principles. The Jinnan culture of local curriculum is divided into the humanities articles、 landscape articles, drama articles, literary articles, baigong articles, folk articles, food articles, dialect articles, And teaching objectives, question design, text reading, graphic design, five point of view of the activities of design on the specific implementation plans for various cultural topics in detail. Finally, I propose the concept, principles and main way the Jinnan cultural evaluation of local curriculum. I hope this article can provide new ways of thinking for the language teachers who are in progress to explore this issue.
