The new curriculum , developed local school-based curriculum to the accomplishment of national orientation, puts national, local and school-based curriculum into action. Only by doing this, we do make progress in education. These methods cater to what Lu Xun said—the inheritance of traditional culture and salvation of our economy. The development, design and national curriculum, local school-based curriculum have a close relationship with the utilization and development of resources,which is key point of reality and what will illustrate in my article. Yang Zhou was famous for its prosperous economy and advanced culture. Although Yang Zhou is less prevalent than before since the economic center had been transformed after the opening to foreign countries in Shanghai, its fine reputation rooted in people's minds deeply.Asked layman, refined figure and celebrities, you will get same reply,that culture. The superficial culture creates material fortunes, bond system, concentrated spirit and all kind of behavior patterns, which are the lifeblood of the curriculum resources. After an investigation for music resources in Yangzhou, we will find many music resources to be developed in Yangzhou. Although we are by these kinds of wonderful cultures, we did not realize its existence, complaining the inadequate resources. Alas, we did not realize the abundance and useable resources so that they were ignored in this wonderland.Under the permission of national policy and direction of theory, how to utilize and develop musical resources, which is consistent with national curriculum orientation consists of the base points of realization. Because it can not only in heritage the local music culture and facilitate the local economy, but make a push to the moral improvement, which is the natural beauty of music curriculum. For this reason my paper will base on the following three sections: the basic theory, resourceful treasure, and the utilization and development.The basic theory is not necessary part. On one hand, educational researchers concentrate on the basic theory we only put them into action, which is rooted in our mind deeply. Therefore, we can pick some researches to use from the tedious curriculum resources provide enough materials for us to use. On other hand, we should independent in our dignity as a scholar. What's more important is that we'd better think liberally and provide evidence and experience instead of overstatement. Frankly speaking, my theory on curriculum is extremely vivid accordingly; this theory only is universal, but also exceptional and oriented. I think it is inevitable to consider and establish a theory on the suitable music curriculum resources in Yangzhou, because, it will illustrate the theory from curriculum, curriculum resources and music resources.First, we will analyze the resources like thoughts, culture and behavior patterns in a few words. Then, the investigation on music curriculum resources and the technology and system for selecting will be covered in this section. In addition, some schools and societies about Gangling Qin, some music instruments, some ballads in Yangzhou and nationwide artists and their masterpieces, and some operas in Yangzhou will be described in details afterwards. The reason why we do these is that can make an assessment and make the reality of development and utilization. In addition, we will supervise from one aspect or angle, but oversee from every aspect.The last section is on the development and utilization.We will begin with the development and utilization of music curriculum resources in Yangzhou and analysis the standards for the development of local music curriculum resources to develop, design, accomplish, assess and produce music curriculum in Yangzhou according to the principle for development and utilization. Therefore, our final goal is to become the aids for realization of national music curriculums, leading to the development of music in Yangzhou. Deeply, we will select some music curriculum resources for entering the national curriculum to make sure the full development of national music curriculum in Yangzhou.
