Because it can not only in heritage the local music culture and facilitate the local economy, but make a push to the moral improvement, which is the natural beauty of music curriculum. For this reason my paper will base on the following three sections: the basic theory, resourceful treasure, and the utilization and development.The basic theory is not necessary part. On one hand, educational researchers concentrate on the basic theory we only put them into action, which is rooted in our mind deeply.
