Inverted sentence is a common phenomenon in communication within theChinese spoken. Which is a state of affairs that inverted by adverbial word to the mainmeaning word; for instance: It is eight o’clock. Comparatively to Eight o’clock now,all it is. The example above is a perfect usage of adverb inverted sentence.The first chapter, upon the basis of previous scholars research, which aresummarized the characteristics of adverb, adverb types, and the classification ofadverb. In which, those limitations of inverted sentence are also summarized withinthis chapters.Chapter two, which focus on study and analysis from the viewpoint of syntactic insyllables, category, and the expression of adverbs inverted sentence. In those adverbsinverted, the more common situation is the mono-syllabic adverbs generally seldom toinvert, while the two-syllabic adverbs often to invert. By categories, the tone adverbs,the time adverbs, the status adverbs, the scope adverbs, and the degree adverbs aremore prone to invert; the premises adverbs and the negative adverbs could not to beinverted. In expression method, the inverted sentence could or could not to beinverted do have very significant relationship relates to the adverbs modified extent.From the perspective of semantic restrictions as starting point of chapter three,which focus on study and analysis. Through the information collected and inspection,found that some oral inverted sentence has gradually become unwritten rules inspoken Chinese usage. Over the years, these inverted adverbs have undergone twofoldevolution not only in forms but also in meanings. In forms, adverbs appeared to fromsentence internal inverted to external inverted. In that sense, it is mainly subjective.From spoken come to written chapters, due to the subjective, which reflect all thecharacteristics of inverted sentences.The innovations of this dissertation are from the perspective of the semanticinterpretation of adverbs inverted. First, to classify and explain the inverted adverbs;Secondly, various types of adverb meaning are summarized, and found that generallyspeaking the inverted adverbs in most cases are supplement of emotional phraseologywith a personal touch.Chapter fourth focuses on study and analysis adverbs from pragmaticphraseology perspective, and to explain how the inverted adverbs play a major role in connection chapters. From the information structure point of view, generally peoplewould like to highlight the new information, which played as prominent focus, thenmove old information to the rear section of the sentence.Finally, from the pragmatic phraseology in characteristics of the adverbs invertedsentences and as well as cognitive habits analysis. My dissertation attempts to focuson the internal mechanism of the adverbs inverted sentence and to make interpretationfrom multi perspective.
