China's comprehensive national strength,the gradual improvement of international influence,as well as more and more developed economies,to further enhance its international status.At the same time,the globalization of economy promotes the exchange and integration of cultures around the world.In this context,the global set off a "Chinese fever" wave,and this phenomenon continues to heat up,the number of students in China has increased year by year,and the age range has been expanded.The purpose of studying Chinese in China is no longer a pure learning language knowledge,but gradually deep into the economy,trade,culture,tourism and other aspects,and because Everyone knows that the relations between all Arabic countries and China is too friendly and passed on cooperation in many fields of scientific and day by day those researches are increasing,more groups of Arabian students are coming to study the Chinese language in China,responding to their increasing number,and supporting there needs in all kinds of researches which related to Chinese and Arabic language i'm are doing my best on this research to be done so that a teaching material can be provided and I will be taking in consideration the influence or my mother tongue(Arabic language),on the second language(Chinese language)trying to show up the differences and similarities between both of them.In the past:Chinese teaching researches have been oriented mainly for western&Europe,Korean and Japanese students,but now a days:Arabian students are be treated as a special group of learning Chinese so we should receive more attention,this research uses the syntax,semantics and three-dimension pragmatics theory to make a comparative analysis between the Arabic language "men" sentence and the Chinese language "bi" sentence,the purpose of this research is to help the Arabian students and the Chinese students to understand more a big grammatical part of both languages and to provide the Arabian teachers with some useful teaching materials.This research is analyzing three main parts 1-comparative analysis of syntax between "bi" sentence in Chinese and "men" in Arabic.2-a comparative analysis of semantics between "bi" sentence and "men.3-Comparative analysis of pragmatic between "men" sentence and "bi" sentence.I?m all full of hope that this research will help everyone who will read it one day Arabians or Chinese in all Arabic countries and to improve the translation between both languages Arabic and Chinese.
