“bi” construction is one of the most important constructions in teaching of Chinese as aforeign language,which is also a learning difficulty for foreign students to study. The paperunder the guidance of theory of bias analysis summarizes the types of errors of “bi” constructionand the causes of the errors, by using “HSK dynamic composition corpus”. Finally, the paperputs forwards the corresponding suggestions of “bi” construction in teaching Chinese as aforeign language.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the reason and meaning of the topic, research method andthe source of corpus and generalizes the research status of “bi” construction in the diachronic andsynchronic ways.The second part is the structural analysis of “bi” construction. It contains three ways: thestructural analysis of “X”、the structural analysis of “Y”、the structural analysis of “W”.The third part mainly introduces the errors of “bi” construction. On the basis of errorsanalysis theory, the paper summaries the types of errors of the comparison and the conclusion,and five causes of the errors are summed up as follows: the negative influences of mothertongue;the misuse of the target language rules;to avoid the difficulty;improper teachingarrangements and the misleading of teaching.The fourth part mainly gives suggestions for teaching of “bi” construction, includingsuggestions for classroom teaching and suggestions for teachers of teaching Chinese as a secondlanguage. Advice to classroom teaching consist of four parts: the teaching order of “bi”construction;detailed explanation of the rules of “bi” construction;taking reasonable andeffective teaching methods;strengthening the practice of “bi” construction. Suggestions toteachers of teaching Chinese as a foreign language have two parts: the improvement of theirtheoretical accomplishment and the improvement of their character cultivation.
