At present, our country is in the new period of reformand opening-up and social transformation, people’s value andits realization are confronted with hitherto unknownopportunities and challenges. Therefore, how to better and morefully realize the value.It is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is based on the social environment, which isguided by historical materialism and objectively in-depthanalysis of the new period. The realization of human value isfacing opportunities and challenges after summarized thetheory of the value and its realization. The challenges are mainly included threeaspects, which are the value of negligence, no advocated insociety and alienation.The last part discusses the way of realization of humanvalue. It lies in four aspects. In the first place, it is necessary to establish the correct value. In the second, it isimportant to establish the theoretical support for therealization of human value. In the third, to establish arational mechanism of the realization of human value is useful.The last but not the least, it is to create a conductiveenvironment.
