Under The Perspective Of Social Policy Research On The Effects Of Urbanization Of Capital Construction Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the further development of reform and openness, the group of peasant workersalso has some change on generation. The appearance of new generation group ofpeasant-workers draws a lot of attention from the educational circles and the society on theproblem of residentialization. Although there is some differences between the newgeneration peasant workers and the first generation peasant workers in individualcharacteristics, the way to the residentialization of the new generation of peasant workersstill exists blocks, one of which is the involution. The paper tries to do some research toresolve the problem from the angle of social policies. Past of the social policies is a kind ofsingle dimensionality that tends to control or support the residentialization of the peasantworkers, which always let the peasant workers face a harder circumstance. We should tryto develop the analysis from the aspect of the new generation peasant workers’ capitalitself, since the start of the social policies should be the respond of the social appeals.Therefore, the paper research on the linear regression analysis between the capital of newgeneration peasant workers(human resource capital, social capital, politic capital, materialcapital) and the degree of residentialization, discuss the degree of residentializationinfluenced by the capital of new generation peasant workers, and analysis the futuredevelopment of social policies affected by the research result.The paper divided into five parts.First part mainly explains the reason and meaning of the topic, and introduces themain logic of the research. There is a research hypothesis at the end of the part.Second part is the questionnaire describing, which introduces the selection of the sample, dependent variable, independent variable and manipulated variable based on the test ofvalidity and credibility.The third part is the principal part of the research which is the one by one test and verify to the linear regression model established on the research hypothesis.The forth part is a discussion on the future development direction of policies of capital-construction society from the result of linear regression analysis and the qualitative investigation rooting in the interview during the course of investigation.The last part is a summary and some defects of the research.
