Enhances day by day along with our country urbanization level, the phenomenon of the massive farmers entering a city become the irreversible currents. The protection of the peasant labourer ' s legitimate rights are the inevitable requestions of the harmonious society and the stable development, also are national, society's responsibility is at, ]therefore, the country has formulated a series of laws and regulations in order to protect agriculture labourer ' s rights and interests, the policy and the system, to improve the labourer's social economy status. However, as documentary laws and regulations and so on, how do enhance the effect in the practice to the peasant labourers economic status? Whether achieves the formulation anticipated targets? How large a gap between the effection of the policies with the peasant's labors 's social economy status? This research takes this correlation question as a core, achieves thegoals of appraisaling workers' policies.This research takes the policies and the peasant labourer's social economy status as the research supposition, through questioning the effects of the contract policy, man-hour of policy, wage policy, social security policy and employment training policy and so on, take the effects as the contents. The results through analogying these questions are the policies arrangement perform a little effect on the workers' social economy status . The author believed that, the social fair degree is an important factor which the national policy effect the agricultural workers' social economy status, and has launched the discussion on the relation between the policy fair question and the agricultural labourer's work contract, the work man-hour, the work wages, the social security and the employment training.
