The Study Of The Special Care And Placement In Sanganning Boarder Region During The Anti-Japanese War

The anti-Japanese War is the war related to life and death of Chinese nation. Themost direct participants of the war are the anti-Japanese soldiers. If there is no activeparticipant of people’s own army and support from their families, it’s hard to imagine thatthe new regime can continue. Especially, due to various battle environments andhistorical foundations in different bases, central committee of communist partyformulated different policies and measures of special care and placement. ShanganningBoarder Region is the model site of central committee of communist party and modelanti-Japanese base area at that time, and measures adopted in it were tested to besuccessful and was popularized in other areas. They also inspired the soldiers in thewar and enhanced the combat effectiveness. Through the constant searching anddevelopment of special care and placement policies, the major contents and basicprinciples formed the solid basis of forming and development of later special care andplacement policies, and played an active role in struggling for the overall victory ofAnti-Japanese War.
