Research On Government Supervision Of Traffic Safety Of Shared Bicycles

With the continuous application and innovation of Internet technology,the business model of traditional industry is changing to sharing mode,shared bicycles are a new product of shared economy.Although shared bicycles enrich the' choice of consumers and facilitates people to travel,it also affects traffic safety to a certain extent.In the face of the problem of government supervision of shared bicycles traffic safety,the government should refer to relevant guidance documents,constantly explore innovative supervision methods,in the process of actual supervision,in-depth investigation,targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This article through the literature research method,case analysis method and induction,analyzes the problems existing in the regulation of shared bicycles traffic safety,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the regulation of shared bicycles traffic safety.In addition,how to ensure the safety of shared bicycles users,play the role of government management in the process of ensuring the rapid and stable development of shared economy,and provide experience for the future traffic safety supervision an important direction of this paper.First of all,this study clearly expounds the relevant core concepts,introduces the theory of Public Goods Theory,Synergy Governance Theory and Risk Management Theory to analyze;secondly,from the perspective of government supervision,it analyzes the lack of relevant laws and regulations in the process of shared bicycles traffic safety,overall planning and layout of the government,the lack of perfect access mechanism,efforts to maintain rescue team building and timely supervision of user information,and analyzes the causes of each problem in depth;finally,combined with the successful experience of shared bicycles traffic safety government supervision abroad,mainly from improving supervision awareness,improving laws and regulations and related systems degree,establish strict access and exit mechanism,use information technology and form cooperative supervision system,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.In a word,government regulation of shared bicycles traffic safety is a dynamic and interactive process.It is expected that this study can help the transportation department to innovate the mode of traffic safety supervision,so as to continuously improve the quality of traffic safety supervision and provide an important reference for further improving the efficiency of safety supervision.
