A Study On The Social Investigation Of Chinese Rural Areas And The Land Policy In The Period Of Democratic Revolution

In1920s to1930s, the social investigation of China’s rural areas came to the periodof the peek, during which time the social investigation of Chinese rural areas hasconsiderable development. It changed the future of the rural areas. There into, theinvestigation conducted by Chinese communist party take an important part in thisaction, and also make a great effect on this area.During this period, the Chinese communist party of China did pretty much researchon the Chinese rural areas, through which they could have a profound understanding ofthe situation of China’s rural areas, and also adjust the land policy, in order to meet thedifferent requests of society development in different periods. The number of theresearch is large and some researches are sophisticate. Those researches have varioustheories and systematic study methods, which made great contribution to developmentof Chinese rural areas.In order to understand the social investigations of Chinese rural areas deeply andsystematically in the period of democratic revolution, and also to clarify its importantimpact to establish land policy, this article will elaborate on the following five parts:Firstly, the author overviewed the background and the significance of thoseresearches, especially discussed the studies which were conducted by domesticresearchers, also elaborate the general idea, research methods, and innovation of thisarticle. Secondly, the author preliminarily discussed about the connotation of the socialinvestigation of Chinese rural areas which are conducted by the Chinese communistparty, and the definition of the land policy.Thirdly, comprehensive analysis was made to the social investigation of Chineserural areas conducted by the Chinese communist party in the democratic revolutionperiod. The author analyzed a few social investigations program, and found out theprocesses, method and conclusions of these investigations. Afterward, the author furtherdiscussed the features and the effect of the investigations in that period.Fourthly, the author analyzed different land policies made by Chinese communistparty in the different stages of the democratic revolution period, and the influence to the contribution of land policies. The author also reported the details of contribution of landpolicies according to the time line: form the Agrarian Revolution to the anti-JapaneseWar period, then to the period of Land Reform.Last, the author summarized the whole article, and elaborated the authors ownunderstanding to the relationship between the social investigation of Chinese rural areasconducted by the Chinese communist party of China and the land policies.
