Live Webcast Trial Research Problem

The formation of trial has been developing for a long time and became a transparent modern mode, gradually. While, the internet live of trial’s birth was a thunder which broke the restriction of space and time of the traditional court and enlarged the real time trial information to a frameless wide area. Here I will use 4 parts to describe the positive and negative impact from the internet live of trial and analyze the regulation and development of it.1st part is an introduction of current practice of internet live of trial in China. There will be some data and summary of the history of trial which leads to the topic of what was brought by the internet live of trial. (Chapter 1 & 2)2nd part is the study of positive impact and the value of internet live of trial, which will focus on how it brings transparency and upgrade the trial accuracy as well as the positive impact on publicize of law (Chapter 3)3rd part is to analyze the dispute of internet live of trial by introduction real case. The legality, applicable scope, public opinion and minus impact on defense party as well as the interest behind will be clarified. (Chapter 4)4th part is the study of solution for mitigating the negative impact by legislation and re-organization of court and find out the innovative way of how to properly utilize the internet to serve justice. (Chapter 5)Internet as the new mass media has its unique characteristic in wider information coverage, real-time, interactive and uncontrollable. By the above analysis, I would like to find out a proper way to have a better control of internet live of trial so as to reduce the number of illegal judgment and improve the social awareness of law.
