Multiple Mediation Mechanism Of Social Conflict

With the development of market economy in China’s transition period, China has entered a new economic and social development stage, at the same time, the country’s control of society than the 1978 becoming weaker. However, a lot of social conflicts are hidden, and diversified social forces have no clear expression of benefit mechanism within the system, so various maintenance rights, petitions and group incidents occur frequently, lead to the government credibility dropping, and has greatly affected the stability of the society.Resolving social conflict is a foundation of the country. The participative subject of social management mode will be composed of the government, market and social organization, which is adapted to the demand of social transformation, so as to resolve the social conflict, and finally realize that the social conflict is in the control of the institution. We have to innovate social conflict mediation mechanism, in order to hold and dissolve the increasing social conflict, and realize the coordinated development of economy and society.
