A stable and continuous development of the Sino-US relations is conducive toChina and the United States, Asia Pacific region and world peace, stability anddevelopment. However, although Sino-US exists common interests and cooperation inspace in politics, economics, military affairs and other fields, But there arediscrepancies between China and the United States on social system, developmentdirection,ideology and foreign relations, the relations is not smooth. Sino-US relationsin the twists and turns in the forward seems to be a kind of development law. After theend of the cold war, along with the economic globalization the change of means ofcompetition, in order to protect American interests better and cater to it’s globalstrategy, the United States began to pursue economic hegemony. The implementationof U.S. economic hegemony has had negative impact to Sino-US relations, thedevelopment of developing countries and international economic order . Reduce thenegative impact of U.S. economic hegemony in the implementation of Sino-USrelations, avoid Sino-US relations to deteriorated be placed in front of one of the mostimportant problems of China.China strongly opposed to U.S. economichegemony,While promoting the Benign development of Sino-US relations positionunwaveringly.Positive response in China,The development of developing countriesdifficult conditions have been improved to some extent,the international economicorder in a more fair and reasonable direction change,Sino-US relations in a positivedirection.This article is divided into three parts.The first part describes the implementation of the U.S. economic hegemony andit’s impact on the world after the Cold War.Aims to analyze the reasons for theimplementation of economic hegemony after the Cold War, the primary means and theadverse impact on the world.There are many reasons why the United States toimplement the economic hegemony after the Cold War,but four main points:Maintenance of the United States of America ’s own interests; U.S. global strategy needs;The America’s economic hegemony theory have a solid foundation;Competitivetransformation of the mode of economic globalization era.While the United States inorder to achieve the purpose of hegemony,adopted a high-standard trade with theU.S,currency control, manipulation of the international rule-making and othermeans.The implementation of the economic hegemony of the United States, had anegative impact on the world economic order,meanwhile,the development of thedeveloping countries become more difficult.The second part describes the impact of American economic hegemony onSino-US relations after the cold war.on the basis of analyze why China as one of theprimary target that the United States pursue economic hegemony.Summarized theaffect between Sino-US relations after the Cold War due to the United Statesimplement economic hegemony from the two aspects of economic, political.The third part describes the position and manner of the Chinese response to U.S.economic hegemony.Not only to promote the establishment of a just and rationalinternational economic order, but also to safeguard their own interests,China firmlyopposed to the U.S. economic hegemony, and actively respond to the negative impactof U.S. economic hegemony of Sino-US relations through a variety of ways,achievedgood results.Relations between China and the United States should be positive, cooperative,and comprehensive.Both sides should treat each other in a positive view.Promotedialogue and cooperation of various fields, reduce differences and deepencooperation,work together to address a variety of problems and challenges facinghuman society in the 21st century.
