New Idea Of Constructing About Government Websites

With government website appearing, it takes many problems in the processof development, such as all levels of the government would have to build theirown website, it can’t avoid appear these phenomenon blind construction, morethan fine, existing in name only, and dealing with half-heartedly and so on. Themost important is that the websites established by all level’s government isindependent running without formation of joint whole situation. All government’swebsites have no unified management and harmonious and form the informationisland one by one, making the E-government on the network not play their due theeffect. Therefore, we should actively absorb foreign government’s websitessuccessful experience, in order to make the cut design mode of "the governmentwebsites ". In this paper, on the basis of further researching new concept "thegovernment websites", the author put forward bold hypothesis, to solve theChinese government website effectiveness of problems, and proposes the idea ofthe government websites with a portal and a platform. The core idea is to buildnationwide system by the central government unified release and management ofgovernment websites with a portal. The central government website as its a majorentrance portal, a background of the construction of the unified planning severalcan mutual sharing information, according to certain subordinate relationshiporganization together, and can be unified management.The first part of this paper introduces the government website at present theexisting problems of the situation and the construction. After gathering a lot ofmaterial, the author use literature review, investigation, inductive analysis andother methods to summary "the government websites” problems in the current research status of both at home and abroad, discussed the theoretical foundation ofthe next.The second part of this article relates the annotation of the basic concept,and explains the government web site in the necessity of construction of further,on the basis of analysis how to construct the government web site of a series ofmeasures and describes the construction of the whole idea of the website.Including: effective classification, concise and integration to the existinggovernment website; from the two dimensions of the lateral and verticalintegration model to describe the framework design; respectively introduced thedesign concept and idea of "a portal" and "a platform".Finally, in this paper the feasibility of the design thought was analyzed.Ideal and reality have many differences; such a government website group of inreal implementation process will meet many obstacles, and even into a paper talk.But, this paper aims to be the development of e-government can provide areference in thinking, in view of the government website in the structure and theoverall design of the insufficiency, this paper puts forward some countermeasuresto solve them and suggestions. The government websites in future E-governmentconstruction should be its development core, and strive to improve the quality ofservices and interactive strength and website of openness and public degrees, therealization of online as soon as possible with the affairs office and mature process.
