The Internal Self-help Of Professional Groups And The Social Integration From The Perspective Of Social Work

The core issue of the thesis is how to achieve social integration. A prescriptionfor achieving social integration which is to construct the professional groups in orderto reconcile the relationship between the state and individuals has been given byChinese and foreign scholars., but they did not give a realistic construction of thepath. Scholars believe that the indigenization of social work is a embedding problem,that is, the professional social work plays the effect as a concept embedded in theexisting organization, professional groups have become the practice fields of theindigenization of social work. The improvement of the social is todifferentiate the improvement of the pure personality, The better social integration itshows, the higher degree of integration between people and society it reflects. In thethesis, social work, social integration and professional groups have been achievedthrough meso-significance of system and practical arrangement on the level ofpractice. Moreover, the degree of replication by the authority type of the unit system,the reconstruction of the identity under the guidance of awareness-raising socialworks and the construction of the informal groups under the guidance of theempowerment theory, all of them constitute the realistic path of achieving socialintegration.
