Population ageing is a major achievement in modern society, and is also a majorchallenge. Along with economic development, social progress and perfection ofmedical procedures, the average life expectancy of the population continues to increase;at the same time, the increasing proportion of the elderly population in the totalpopulation, increased economic and social pressures. In contradiction of inadequate provision of publicnursing home beds, also cannot meet the needs of professional service under the newsituation, unable to meet the demand of growing diversity in the elderly, old-agesupport system needs to be improved.This article attempts to analyze the public organization which provide services forthe elderly of old-age support system from the current old-age support system thatexists in the body issue, taking into account the social work professional socialworkers help people applied to the elderly in endowment service, active participationof the elderly in old-age support system, become the professional support force inservices of institutional models for the aged.
