A Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In Providing For The Aged In Urban Community Culture

In the content of the aging trend,the cultural demand of the aged in the urban community,and the predicament of the traditional mode of providing for the aged,the "cultural support for the aged" has been paid more attention.At the same time,with the strong support of the state for the development of social work,professional social work has achieved greater development,and social workers have entered the community in an orderly manner,providing community cultural old-age care services with their professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills,to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the community elderly,but because of the influence of many factors,the community cultural old-age service in our country can not meet the needs of the elderly.Based on this,this paper explores the issue of cultural old-age support in urban communities from the perspective of social work in order to provide a new analytical framework for cultural old-age support and enhance the well-being of the elderly groups.This article takes the urban community old age group as the research object.Firstly,through questionnaire survey,unstructured interview and other research methods,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of d community cultural support for the aged Second,the family structure is becoming smaller and smaller,and the function of family spirit is weakened.Third,the community lacks the attention to the cultural support for the aged,and the type of activities in the field of the aged is single Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work in urban community culture support for the aged Once again,the author uses community work,group work methods involved in the community's cultural old-age to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.Community Chinese painting activities not only meet the needs of the elderly for continuing education,but also build a social platform for the elderly to meet their social interaction needs,the next part is a summary of the effectiveness of the activities,which mainly includes three aspects: the cultural demands of the elderly are satisfiedto a certain extent,the pressure of the elderly group has been alleviated,the community learning atmosphere is thick,the community belonging of the elderly has been increased to a greater extent,and the theoretical skills of social work have played a better role in practice,social workers' sense of social identity has been greatly enhanced;finally,they have reflected on the inadequacy of practical activities,then,based on this,the following suggestions are put forward: to expand the Audience Group of community cultural old-age support,to build a professional community cultural old-age service team,to improve the professional level of social workers,to give full play to their professional advantages,and to tap internal resources,strive for external resources to support community cultural old-age service.
